Delegate Hansen moves to concur with the Senate Amendment with further amendment to HB5168 by amending "HB5168 S FIN AM #1 3-6" on pages 2 and 3, Section 21b, lines 23 through 50, by striking out subsections (c) and (d) in their entirety and by re-lettering the subsequent subsections accordingly.
